Introduction to Pilates This Introduction Class is taught once a year to bring new students to the mat. Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress, and creates long, lean muscles.
Pilates / Mini Ball

A series of safe floor exercises based on the Pilates method. This class will explore the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. These include correct spine and pelvis alignment, breathing, concentration, core strength, and flexibility. No experience necessary!
Pilates II
Reviews the fundamentals of the beginner class while moving on to the more challenging exercises.
Armchair Pilates I
Exercises are done while sitting or standing. The class encourages mindful breathing techniques with a mild stretch for all muscle groups. The class will achieve the biggest "pain free" range possible with a goal to achieve flexibility training over time. Designed for all ages as well as physically challenged men and women.
Yoga Foundation If you are new to yoga, or have a friend who’s been curious about yoga but is afraid to try it, this series is the perfect place to start. A series of eight classes designed for the beginner seeking a strong foundation of the basic poses in flow classes, or experienced practitioners who wish to revisit the basics. The intention of the series is to give students an understanding of linking the breath with movement with basic foundational yoga poses, including appropriate modifications based on individual needs. Attending the series should empower you to attend Yoga classes with confidence.
Yoga I For beginning students. Focus is on basic poses, breath, and alignment. Yoga is a program for physical moves designed to improve flexibility, physical strength, and stamina required for a healthy body and a clear mind.
Rise & Stretch Yoga Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga & create space in your body and mind to prepare for the tasks ahead. Combining stretching and yoga, students are led through a unique sequence that begins by preparing and warming both body and mind through breathe and gentle stretches. Poses will be held longer to instill the principles of alignment. The class moves at a safe, moderate pace suitable for students of all-levels.
Yin Yoga I Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice suitable for students of all levels of experience. In yin yoga we target the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing it’s natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 3-5 minutes. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored. Yin is a wonderful complement to a Vinyasa practice, running, cycling or other Yang activities.
Yoga II Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. A moderately paced class appropriate for ongoing students through advanced students. A mixed style class incorporating a flowing style as well as attention to alignment and technique. Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs.
Yoga Flow II Moderately paced Yoga that moves through a series of postures. This styler of yoga builds heat, flexibility, and strength while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Flow is a styler of connecting movement and breath while moving continuously. Beginners welcome, yoga knowledge helpful.
Yoga III In this class all types of postures are explored in greater depth. Postures are explored from various vantage points: holding for longer periods of time, from the standpoint of developing more poise, and ease in the face of greater difficulty. Must have previous yoga experience.
Fusion III Yoga stretch meets up with Pilates strength to create the fusion. Postures focus on the arms and abs. A core central class, with good back benefits. Learn the cadence and rhythm of a more aerobic mat. This class is designed for those familiar with yoga and/or Pilates. If you need a challenge, try this one!
Total Body II Set to music, individuals will use Yoga stretch to warm up, weights to tone upper body, Pilates based moves to strengthen core, and a fun low impact dance number to burn calories.
